Two Tablets Contain:

• Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 120 mg
• Biotin 200 mg
• Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate chelate) 10 mg
• Alpha-Lipoic Acid 800 mg
• Vanadium (as vanadium nicotinate glycinate chelate) 120 mg

Other Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silica.

Does Not Contain: Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy.

Warning: Consult your physician before use if you are allergic to alpha-lipoic acid or if you are thiamin deficient.

Diabetics, those being treated for serum glucose control and women who are pregnant or nursing should consult their physician before using this product and take appropriate precautions. 

Directions: Take two (2) tablets 30 minutes before breakfast and two (2) tablets 30 minutes before dinner or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
